Pixel animation refund policy

Paid checkout is not yet open. When available, packs are one-time purchases processed by Waffo Pancake. If your purchase or delivery does not work as described, contact hello@pixelartanimation.app with your checkout email and receipt reference. Do not send card or bank details.

Contact support with the receipt reference and reason for your request. We will review the circumstances and work with the merchant of record where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Include the approximate purchase date, the checkout email and a description of what happened so support can locate the order. If a code is missing, check the inbox and spam folder associated with the checkout email first. If an animation attempt failed, tell us whether your remaining allowance changed and provide the time of the attempt. Please keep your access code private and do not include card details or bank account numbers.
